Taizhou Wannian Construction Engineering Co. Ltd is a housing construction enterprise of tertiary qualification in Taizhou economic development zone. With a registered capital of 26.88 million yuan, the company’s business scope covers housing construction, civil engineering work, construction and installation, building decoration, earthwork, dismantlement work, construction machinery & equipment leasing, and so on.
The company has such departments as comprehensive office, project management department, quality & security department, technical development department, facilities & materials department, contracts management department, finance department, human resources management department. It owns a technical personnel of 330 people, including 37 people with intermediate or senior professional titles, 89 people with associate degrees or above, 33 national registered constructors of the first and second class, who are well competent in housing construction, municipal engineering, decoration engineering, large-scale steel structure engineering construction, etc.
